Project managed the digital arm of the marketing campaign for Marimekko x Banana Republic collection launch, including all website and email touchpoints
Oversaw schedule creation, defining of digital touchpoints, kickoffs, reviews, QA, and and full launch across cross-functional teams
Cross-functional lead in charge of all communications between teams: brand, editorial, site merchandising, product, web content development, marketing, QA, leadership, and Marimekko team
Developed responsive contingency plans anticipating collection sell-through, site crashes, and other issues related to high-volume of web traffic

Launched new experiences in partnership with product, engineering, site merchandising, and web content development on Bananarepublic.com including a shoppable video made in partnership with Wirewax and the first “See Now, Buy Now” collection using newly improved backorder/pre-order functionality
