Marimekko x Banana Republic digital experience

    • Project managed the digital arm of the marketing campaign for Marimekko x Banana Republic collection launch, including all website and email touchpoints

    • Oversaw schedule creation, defining of digital touchpoints, kickoffs, reviews, QA, and and full launch across cross-functional teams

    • Cross-functional lead in charge of all communications between teams: brand, editorial, site merchandising, product, web content development, marketing, QA, leadership, and Marimekko team

    • Developed responsive contingency plans anticipating collection sell-through, site crashes, and other issues related to high-volume of web traffic

    • Tools used: Asana, Dropbox, Google, MCM, Salesforce

The RealReal: Weekly E-commerce Homepage Strategy + Execution

    • Program management of weekly homepage execution for therealreal.com

    • Cross-functional ideation, coordination, calendaring, and strategy alignment between merchandising, digital, business planning, senior leadership, editorial, creative, and web development

    • Facilitation and organization of all meeting touchpoints including kickoffs, reviews, and ad-hoc sessions as needed

    • Tools used: Wrike, GDrive, Figma, Slack

NYFW x Banana Republic digital experiences

    • Project managed the digital arm of the marketing campaigns for all Banana Republic New York Fashion Week content from 2015 - 2017

    • Launched new experiences in partnership with product, engineering, site merchandising, and web content development on Bananarepublic.com including a shoppable video made in partnership with Wirewax and the first “See Now, Buy Now” collection using newly improved backorder/pre-order functionality

    • Tools used: Asana, Google, Dropbox, Wirewax, MCM, Pacman, Salesforce

Workday.com Website Product Updates

    • Program Management of 2x/yearly Website Product Updates project across Workday.com and all localized international websites

    • Lead 65+ team members from product marketing, solution marketing, pre-sales ops, localization, QA, brand, digital, editorial, marketing, creative and production through schedule creation, scoping, creative development, technical QA, communications, and launch

    • Process creation, improvement, and implementation

    • Tools utilized: Workfront, LucidCharts, Google, JIRA, Adobe Experience Manager

The RealReal: Earth Month Campaign 2024

    • E2E Project Management support for yearly omni-channel Earth Month campaign

    • Project scoping and scope sign-off, schedule creation, cross-functional communication, lead contact for troubleshooting and problem solving

    • Coordination with creative on concept development and photo and editorial team on photoshoot direction and deliverables
